Corey Moranis pieces are made to order in our Toronto studio. Please allow up to a week before shipping. We offer free shipping in Canada and the USA on all orders over $250 CAD.

Each Corey Moranis item comes in a custom reusable drawstring bag with a card explaining how to care for your piece. We carefully inspect every piece to ensure there is no damage present before shipping. All orders are carefully packaged in protective mailers with additional cushioning as necessary.
Corey Moranis is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes on international shipments.
Please ensure that you accurately enter your shipping address when checking out. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.
In the rare case that your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to help from our end, but ultimately we are not responsible for these circumstances. Once we hand over our packages to the postal carrier, we are no longer liable for them. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged, it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. If you would like additional insurance for your package, please contact us and we’d be happy to arrange it for you.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if you’d like to arrange an exchange or refund. We will exchange or refund all items (except for those marked final sale) if they are returned to us in perfect condition and sent by trackable mail, paid for by the customer. When arranging the shipping for your return, make sure to send it as a return to avoid any import fees on our end that you would be responsible for paying. Please send us the tracking number when you have it and as soon as we receive your returned items, we will get in touch to coordinate the exchange or refund. In the case of an exchange, the customer will be responsible for the shipping.

Refunds will not be issued until the goods have been received and processed. Please allow up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your credit card statement.
